We want you to shop with confidence at LunaLavish. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items such as personal care products or final sale items may not be eligible for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
